Returns Policy

Henry Bucks strives to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love what you've ordered and if something doesn’t meet your expectations, you must let us know. We'll send you another colour, a different size or an entirely different style. Just email us your questions at henrybucks@henrybucks.com.au any time of day or night or call toll free on 1800 651 399 Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (EST).

 

Returning or Exchanging an Item
Should you wish to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout. If you do not have a copy of the receipt the goods may be returned for an exchange or Credit Note only if we are satisfied they are in perfect condition and have been purchased from one of our stores or online.

 

You may return your goods to either your nearest Henry Bucks store, or send back to Henry Bucks Mail Order 32 Cromwell Street Collingwood, Vic, 3066. Please include your contact details, name, address, email address and phone number, with your goods. We ask you to be responsible for any return postage costs.

 

If you wish to exchange an item you may decide to contact us via email henrybucks@henrybucks.com.au or call us on 1800 651 399 where our friendly staff will help you with the exchange. You may choose to visit our nearest Henry Bucks or send back to:

Please include your contact details, name, address, email address and phone number, with your goods. The item to be exchanged will need to be returned prior to the exchange taking place. Once the goods are received back the item of exchange will be processed along with any additional costs prior to despatch.

 

If any items returned or exchanged were eligible for a free gift, the gift must also be returned.

 

In the unfortunate event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged you may return the goods to either the nearest Henry Bucks store or return direct to Henry Bucks Mail Order 32 Cromwell Street Collingwood Vic, 3066. Please also include a receipt for the postage paid to enable a refund of these costs.

 

If you have proof of purchase
If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Henry Bucks will happily provide you with an exchange, refund or repair. If you have simply changed your mind, Henry Bucks will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:

 

Conditions
- The original tags and labels are still attached or accompany the return;

- The item is in its original packaging (if any); and

- The item is unworn, unused and as purchased

 

Delivery Timelines
Henry Bucks is committed to providing a convenient and professional solution to shopping online and we are sure you will be anxious to receive your order from us as quickly as possible. We endeavor to despatch within 48 hours from your order date.

 

The final date for delivery will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery postcode. Please refer to the guide below for delivery timelines:

For delivery to: NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD 2-4 business days

For delivery to: SA, WA, NT, TAS 5-7 business days

 

International Deliveries
International deliveries may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on the time it may take for a parcel to clear customs. All overseas orders will be sent international air freight. All orders are charged in Australian dollars (AUD)


GST & Taxes
A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price displayed throughout the website.

 

Taxes on International Orders
The total price of international orders delivered to an international destination will exclude 10% for Goods and Services Tax (GST). Your order automatically removes any GST.

 

Customs
Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending your purchase as a gift. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

 

Garment Care
We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they retain their original quality, condition and size. For garments that specify dry clean only, including delicate fabrics, we recommend the use of specialty dry cleaners Bancroft’s are our Dry Cleaners of choice using Green Earth Cleaning, an environmentally safe dry cleaning process that replaces petroleum-based solvents with liquid silicone, a gentle solution made from one of the earth's safest and most abundant natural resources: silica, or sand. Conditions of Henry Bucks Gift Cards

1. Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise only and not for cash or to pay off an account.

2. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards will not be refunded in cash or replaced

3. Gift cards do not have an expiry date.

4. Gift cards can be purchased online with no charge for postage and handling.

5. Gift cards can be purchased only in Australian dollars

6. Gift cards can be used as payment online for merchandise
