Kent & Curwen is an old English manufacturing company that used to be based in Godalming, Surrey and who used to design and manufacture club, school, college and regimental silk ties. Kent & Curwen supplied Henry Bucks through our London office for years with special orders for this club and that school where the purchaser had to present his credentials as an Old Etonian or Royal Fusiliers. K & C was established in 1926 by Eric Kent and Dorothy Curwen as tie makers but also of hand knitted cable stitch cricket sweaters. Without doubt some of the great names in England versus Australia test matches over the past 80 years have worn their colours with pride. Henry Bucks are exclusive vendors in Australia for Kent & Curwen suits, sports jackets and trousers so the tradition lives on.
